President Donald Trump is losing ground with voters, according to a new Emerson College poll. The national survey found Trump’s job approval rating has dropped to 41%, a four-point decline since October. The president’s job disapproval performance is up slightly from 48% to 49%. Chipotle Mexican Grill settles lawsuit over gift cards

Chipotle Mexican Grill has agreed to pay $246,000 to settle a consumer protection lawsuit. The national chain has over 500 restaurants in California, including two in Burbank.
