Some scattered showers in the Southland tonight. In Burbank, sprinkles began around 10 p.m. In a matter of minutes, those sprinkles had turned into a steady rain. Forecasters are predicting this storm will be a lightweight and will blow out of here by mid-morning. However, more rain is headed our way in a day or so.

Hopefully, Los Angeles County Officials and residents in the burn areas of the local foothills are prepared for tonight’s rain and whatever storm rolls in over the weekend.
