Humidity and temperatures have taken a dip in the Media City. That humidity has dropped below 50 percent and the temps have plunged from the 90s to the 70s and 80s. Normally, August in Burbank means at least upper 80s and 90s. Right now, we’re experiencing a bit of a cooling trend. The high today might reach 81 or so. Weather watchers predict our temperatures will remain in the 80s through the weekend until mid-week, when they will begin to heat up again. So summer is not over, just taken a short break.
