The Mega Millions lottery jackpot is climbing into the really big money zone. No one picked all the winning numbers in last Friday’s draw. Here are those winning digits: 13, 20, 26, 32, 65, and the Mega Ball 2. So, the jackpot rolled over. It now stands at an estimated $489 million!
Earlier this month, someone in the Golden State did get super lucky in this game. Up in Central California, Lake Liquor sold a Mega Millions ticket with five numbers for the November 5 draw. That ticket is worth $1,214,818! Lake Liquor got a $6,000 bonus for selling that lucky ticket.
Meanwhile, attention turns to tomorrow’s Mega Millions draw. Playing the game costs $2 a ticket. For every ticket sold in California, approximately 80 cents goes to help fund public education.
