The leaves are turning colors and dropping from the giant Mulberry tree in my Burbank yard. For the past few days, we’ve had mild temperatures, some fog, a little drizzle, and a definite fall like chill in the mornings. In true Southland style, a warming trend is set to kick–off tomorrow, the first day of autumn. Mostly sunny skies predicted for the Media City with a high in the 80’s — perhaps even 90 on Thursday. By Sunday, we could be sweltering in triple digit heat again. So don’t put away those flip-flops, tee shirts, and shorts just yet.
