Oscar winner, Cuba Gooding Jr., reportedly finalizing a deal to sell his posh and very private, Pacific Palisades estate for almost the asking price of $9,995, 000. The secluded English style mansion sits on nearly an acre of lush, park-like grounds, in the heart of the Palisades.
Gooding bought the 6 bedroom, 7 bathroom, 6,753 square foot estate for $3.5 million in May of 2000. Along with the plush grounds, the property includes wine cellar, state-of-the-art theatre, detached guest suite, 6+ car garage/gym and 2 laundry rooms.
Gooding won the Best Actor in a supporting role Oscar for his turn as the demanding professional football client of sports agent, Jerry Maguire, in th comedy-drama, “Jerry Maguire” (1996).
