Rihanna has put her Pacific Palisades pad up for sale. The 10,000-square-foot, 7-bedroom, 8-bath ultra modern mansion with a Caribbean-influence was never home sweet home for the singer.
The Grammy winner moved into the gated estate back in December of 2012, within a few short months, “trespassers, stalkers, and burglars” were arrested at or near the property, according to the Trulia website. The singer quickly moved out and put the place up for rent at $65,000 a month. It’s now up for sale — asking price $14,995,000.
Pink has listed a home on a park-like lot in Sherman Oaks for $3,499 million. It was listed in 2011 for $4 million, but did not sell. The singer, who is still getting rave reviews for her performance of “Over The Rainbow” at the 2014 Oscars, bought the place as an investment with her father in 2002, according to the Zillow blog. The gated home reportedly includes a gourmet kitchen, pool, and cave-like spa behind a waterfall.
Also, two-time Academy Award winning actress, Jodie Foster, has a Hollywood home on the market. This is a relisting as well. The 6,000 square foot Spanish style home is described as “very private” on the Zillow blog. It was listed for as much as $6, 399 million last year. Now the 5-bedroom, 6-bath home is up for sale at $5,995 million.
