While waiting for that next role, “Dexter” star, Michael C. Hall, is joining a number of other celebrities in wheeling and dealing in the hot real estate market. Hall just sold a 1920’s Spanish estate in the Hollywood Hills for $2.1 million according to the Zillow blog. The actor bought the property with 5 bedrooms, 6 bathroom, media room, library, and guest cottage for $1.95 million back in 2012. I don’t know if you would call this flipping, but Hall has been selling and buying homes in the Southland for a while.
Hall played a forensic analyst/serial killer on “Dexter,” until the Showtime drama ended last September. There is talk of some kind of spinoff, but no deal yet. More here.
