Pop rock troubled teen, Justin Bieber, has unloaded his Calabasas party mansion — the scene of many of his antics — including the alleged egging of a neighbor’s yard. Bieber bought the 1.28 property for $6.5 million back in April of 2012.
A number of reports are saying the property has been sold to Khloe Kardashian for somewhere around $7.2 million. Newly divorced from trouble NBA basketball player, Lamar Odom, Khloe sold her Tarzana home recently to “Big Bang Theory” actress, Kaley Cuoco, for $5.49 million.
Oh, and there’s another Kardashian purchase in the same gated Oaks neighborhood. Khloe’s sister Kourtney and partner Scott Disick, bought the nearby home of NFL player, Keyshawn Johnson.
