The Bob Hope estate, which one real estate executive liken to “a private park,” is now up for sale, after months of reports about the property going on the market. The price tag for the Toluca Lake compound: $27.5 million, according to People Magazine. The entertainer was 100 when he passed away in 2003. His wife, Dolores, died in 2011 at the age of 102.
