Winter is less than two weeks away and yet the Media City is basking in warm, summer like temperatures. Weather watchers are predicting the high could reach the mid-80s tomorrow — and December is supposed to be the coldest month of the year for Burbank. Go figure.
I was out walking this evening in the hillside area and it truly felt like a summer evening. However, the holiday lights and decorations in the neighborhood were a strong reminder that Christmas is just around the corner.
Enjoy this burst of summer — cooler temperatures and maybe even some rain heading our way by mid-week.
