Local media is reporting the arrested of a 49 year-old Burbank man in connection with the death of a woman last night. Burbank Police answered a call about “a female not breathing” at a home in the 1900 block of Richard Street at around 10 p.m. Sunday, according to a news release. Once inside, officers discovered the victim’s body.
The death was considered suspicious so homicide investigators were brought in. Late today, Burbank Police announced the arrest of Brian Thomas Lowe who lived in the home, with his mother, where the unidentified victim’s body was found. Lowe is being held on $1 million bail and reportedly is do to appear in court later this week.
