Burbank on Parade has evolved into a huge all day affair called “Burbank on Parade and Family Festival.” The theme for the 35th annual parade is “Celebrating Our Heroes!” There will be plenty to do before and after the bands, floats, and equestrian units roll down Olive Avenue. “We’re making it a whole day of family activities,” said festival chair, Ross Benson, in a news release. “There will be things to do for all ages from young kids to seniors and music everyone will enjoy.”
