The Burbank Police have the identity of a homicide victim — but the details of his death remain a mystery today. The body of 30 year-old Nshan Balyan of North Hollywood was discovered last Thursday, wrapped in plastic, in an open field in the 600 block of North Victory Boulevard, according to a Burbank Police news release.
Detectives suspect Balyan was killed somewhere else and his body dumped in the Burbank field. Investigators combed the scene for clues and are reviewing footage from several surveillance cameras in the area.
