Dark clouds in the sky and the temperature is dropping. It’s going to be a cold and possibly rainy Halloween night in Burbank and most of the Southland. At noon, the temp was only in the upper 60s in B-town. It could get down into the 50s tonight. Hoepfully, most of the rain will not roll in until the little trick-or-treaters are back home safe. Be careful out there. And have a spooky good time!
