Tournament of Roses 2013 Queen announced today

Big announcement in Pasadena today. The Tournament of Roses selected Vanessa Natalie Manjarrez as the 2013 Rose Queen. Manjarrez beat out more than 900 hopefuls. The 17-year-old Pasadena resident was named to the Royal Rose Court on October 8.
