Vice President Kamala Harris made history on day four of the Democratic National Convention. Harris stepped to the podium to accept the Democratic Party’s nomination for President, becoming the first woman of color to do so.
Meanwhile, Harris’s speech on the convention’s final day drew 28.9 million viewers, according to Nielsen TV ratings. That was slightly more than the viewers who watched former President Donald Trump recount the assassination attempt against him during the RNC last month. Overall, DNC 2024 attracted more viewers than the Republican convention this summer. The Nielsen numbers show 19.1 million for the RNC compared to the DNC (21.8 million).
We know what a second Trump term would look like. It’s all laid out in Project 2025, written by his closest advisors.
And its sum total is to pull our country back to the past.
