In and around Burbank, many residents have been gearing up for Halloween for weeks now. Some of the home decorations were up as early as mid-September. Some are pretty elaborate with colored lights, gravestones lining the walkways, huge blow-up pumpkins and creepy characters. My favorite Halloween duo; a couple of homespun scarecrows.
More and more adults are joining the kids in dressing up and getting their ghoul-on. This year there’s an extra treat for those living in the Burbank and Glendale area. The Church of Christ at 2021 West Glenoaks Boulevard in Glendale is holding its annual Fall Family Festival on Halloween, Friday October 31.
