The Los Angeles Dodgers are hosting their 20th annual Community Job Fair today at Dodger Stadium 1000 Elysian Park Avenue in Los Angeles. “Last year, more than 8,000 job seekers from throughout Southern California gathered at the stadium to meet potential employers,” according to a news release.
Today, “more than a 100 companies” are expected at the stadium including Kaiser Permanente, Fairplex, Lowe’s, and retailer Curacao. Also, this job fair reportedly features training providers and government agencies.
The job fair runs from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. No admission and free parking is available at the stadium. Also, shuttle service into the stadium will be provided from the corner of Elysian Park and Sunset Boulevard. Participants are encouraged to dress in business attire and bring plenty of copies of their current resume.
