Lottery dreams are coming true for one Southland Mega Millions winner. A couple of days ago, Kenneth Bowyer cashed in his lucky double-M ticket for $177, 891. That ticket had all of the winning numbers from last Friday’s draw, except the mega ball. The winning numbers: 9, 4, 34, 48, 40, and the Mega 25. The lucky ticket was bought at Canyon Liquor, 16507 Soledad Canyon Road #H, Canyon Country.
Bowyer has a very bright 19-year-old son who is already a senior in college. Bowyer told lottery officials he plans to use some of his winnings to help his son with tuition for medical school.
Meanwhile, no one picked all of the hot numbers in last night’s Mega Millions draw. Those winning numbers: 2, 9, 17, 34, 50 and the mega ball 45. The jackpot now stands at around $39 million. The next Mega Millions draw is Friday, June 15 at 7: 45 p.m.
