Meanwhile, at the Shell station up at Magnolia Boulevard and Buena Vista regular is selling for $3.97 a gallon today. Not great, but better than $5 a gallon. For those of us who don’t have a hybrid — we have no choice but to make frequent and financially painful trips to the gas pumps. Sigh.
