Several California players woke up this morning as major Powerball winners. The biggest winner is the holder of a ticket sold at the 7-Eleven, 4092 Chino Hills Parkway, in Chino Hills, which hit the jackpot with all of the correct numbers in yesterday’s draw. Those rich digits: 4, 8, 19, 27, 34 and the red Powerball 10. Two other tickets, one in Florida and the another in Tennessee, matched all of those numbers as well. They’ll share the record-breaking $1.6 billion jackpot.
California had a number of other winners who can bank some serious money from Wednesday’s draw. Twelve players matched all but the Powerball. Each ticket can be cashed in for $638,146. Meanwhile, 141 other players in the Golden State got four of the numbers plus the Powerball right. Each one of those tickets is worth $13, 903.
The next draw is Saturday and the jackpot will be at least $40 million.
