Labor Day turned lucky for three lottery players who bought Fantasy 5 tickets for yesterday’s game. The winning numbers: 2, 8, 19, 23, and 36. The jackpot: $98, 092. Two of the lucky tickets were purchased here in the Southland: One at Donut Depot 20451 Sherman Way in Canoga Park and one at Cheers Liquors, 16205 Devonshire Street in Granada Hills. The third ticket was purchased at a Speedy Gas station up in the Northern California town of Redding.
Fantasy 5 draws occur every day right after the ticket buying closes at 6:30 p.m. Today’s jackpot: $55,000.
