That old argument between parents and their teenagers over the TV remote is not happening a lot these days, according to a new study out by professional services and consulting firm, Deloitte. Surveying the 14-24 group, the so-called “training millennials,” found 56 percent of them catch their “… favorite shows on computers, smartphones, tablets and gaming devices rather than a television,” according to Engadget.
In the millennials group, 25-30 year olds, 53 percent are still into TV watching. The biggest TV audience is in the ah, “mature” group, 67 plus, where 92 percent still view TV on the conventional tube. More on the study here.
