Are you still waiting for some of your Christmas gifts to be delivered? If they were shipped by UPS you may get your packages today or tomorrow. UPS is blaming high volume of packages and bad weather for the delay. FedEx is claiming it has only “isolated” incidents of packages not being delivered on time.
Gee, wouldn’t it have been helpful to let retailers know a few days before Christmas about the back-up in deliveries — and therefore, another company for shipping could have been used. Instead, there are consumers complaining about missing presents on Christmas Day. More here about the delivery debacle on CNN.
