The Powerball jackpot ballooned to more than half a billion dollars after no ticket came up with all of the winning six numbers in last night’s draw. However, someone in the Golden State did hit five of the lucky numbers for a huge payday. That ticket was purchased at Rocklin Mini Mart, located at 4505 Pacific Street in Rocklin, in Placer County, near Sacramento. It is worth $5,717,713, according to the California Lottery. The retailer gets a reported $28,500 for selling the ticket.
Wednesday’s winning draw numbers: 5, 20, 29, 39, 53 and the Powerball 6. Since no one won the jackpot, it rolls over to an estimated $515 million! The Powerball draws are on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. The Next one is Saturday, March 29.
