They’re playing on the radio almost non-stop this weekend– love songs — a tribute to Valentine’s Day. I’m cool with that. One of my favorites “Silly Love Songs” is by that oh-so skillful songwriter/former-Beatle, Paul McCartney, who has learned a thing or two about love.
McCartney wrote “Silly Love Songs” more than three decades ago, yet it still resonates. It’s for the romantics and the cynics and those in-between. In other words, it pretty much speaks to all of us.
