The rain is falling in Burbank this morning and is expected to continue through much of the day. This is a cold system with temperatures only in the 50s. Mostly cloudy skies tonight, but still a chance of rain. By Sunday, the stormy weather should be history and the skies should be fair with some sunshine through Tuesday, New Year’s Day.
