The Rink is open in Downtown Burbank. The city’s first temporary ice rink got its grand opening last Thursday. Burbank Mayor Emily Gabel-Luddy was one of those who laced up skates and took a spin or two or maybe three around the new ice. The rink is located in the back parking lot of city hall between Third Street and Orange Grove Avenue. It will be operation through January 2014.
Residents and visitors to the Downtown area, young and old, are invited to come out and enjoy a fun time on the ice rink. There are skate rentals and for those who only want to watch, seating around The Rink.
Today, The Rink is open from 10 a.m. until 9:30 p.m. More on the schedule and admission prices here.
