For several weeks, crews have been pruning the city trees up and down Magnolia Boulevard. This should please merchants who frequently have to clear the sidewalks of the leaves and berries from the Ficus trees. However, on a sun day like today pedestrians will probably missed the shade provided by the thick canopy from those trees.
