Today, actress Demi Moore is celebrating her first award win in a career that spans more than 45 years. Last night, Moore picked up the Golden Globe for best performance by an actress in a motion picture for “The Substance.” In an emotional speech, Moore thanked those who continued to believe in her, after being dismissed by some as just a “popcorn actress”: “… I celebrate this as a marker of my wholeness and of the love that is driving me, and for the gift of doing something I love, and being reminded that I do belong.”
