Weather watchers are saying a series of strong Pacific storms will batter Southern California with winds and periods of heavy rain. In Burbank this morning, raindrops are falling and the winds are kicking up. Also, the temperatures will remain on the chilly side in the Media City. The high today is expected to be in the mid-50s to the low 60s.
