In the series, Lithgow goes back to school to explore four arts disciplines: dance, ceramics, silk-screen printing, and vocal jazz ensemble. This is a celebration of arts education and how it can nurture and inspire the hearts and minds of students of all ages. In addition to the Debbie Allen Dance Academy, Lithgow will visit the Community Center of La Cañada Flintridge and the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts (LACHSA).
“Art Happens Here with John Lithgow” starts tonight on PBS SoCal at 10 pm Pacific Time.
