Burbank City Councilmember Konstantine Anthony is declaring victory in the November 5 Election. Anthony topped the list of nine candidates from the very first ballot count. Realtor Chris Rizzotti is in second place, with former Burbank Assistant City Manager Judie Wilke in third. The two candidates with the most votes at the end of the ballot count win the two city council seats in the Burbank City General Municipal Election. The final count is expected at the end of the month.
