Burbank police are now asking for the public’s help in cracking the case of who tossed that brick through the office window of Burbank Councilman Dr. David Gordon’s business. The incident occurred in the 800 block of Hollywood Way at 10:12 p.m. on Friday, March 16, 2012 at the optometry office of Dr. Gordon.
No one was injured, but the councilman told me there was some damage.
The BPD is calling it a case of vandalism and according to a news release from the department, the review of a surveillance tape shows ” … the suspect arriving in a 2005-2006, Silver/Gray Toyota Tundra, 4DR, with a matching tonneau cover, chrome rims, and a sticker in the lower left corner of the rear window.”
The news release described the suspect this way: “… a male (possibly white), approximately 5’10”, heavy build, wearing a baseball cap, dark-colored, “hoodie” sweatshirt, with white writing on the front, and light-colored shorts.”
Anyone with information about the incident or a possible suspect is asked to contact Burbank Police Detective David Kleinfeld at (818) 238-3279.
