Burbank got hit with stormy weather yesterday and more could be on the way today. The rain is a welcome splash for the Southland drought courtesy of remnants from former Hurricane Dolores. Weather watchers say moisture from that system is responsible for the thunderstorms and humid conditions. On Saturday the dark clouds opened up several times and dumped rain on the Media City. Also, we got a sound and light show with thunder and lightning.

Some bright sunshine this morning, but the air is humid and there are still clouds in the sky. There’s a chance of showers through tomorrow. The high today in the 80s maybe even into the 90s.
