President Barack Obama and GOP challenger Mitt Romney are getting ready to rumble in the third and final presidential debate of 2012. The showdown is at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida beginning at 6 p.m. Bob Schieffer, the host of “Face the Nation” on CBS,” will be the moderator. The subject: foreign policy. The format will be the same as the first presidential debate in 2012, with the candidates being asked questions by the moderator.
The presidential race is now a tie, according to the latest CNN and Reuters/Ipsos polls. Romney has been able to close in on the president in the past few weeks, due mainly to his strong performance in the debates, especially the first one. So tonight’s debate face-off is extremely important for both candidates.
