Looking for a cool place to chill out for a while on this sizzling hot weekend? Check out a couple of the libraries in the Media City– which have been designated as cooling centers by Burbank officials.
Hours of operation have been extended at the Buena Vista Library located at 300 North Buena Vista Street.. It is open today until 8 p.m. and tomorrow, Sunday, 1 p.m. until 8 p.m. Another cooling center, the Central Library at 110 North Glenoaks Boulevard is also open today until 6 p.m. Escape the heat, by dropping by one of these libraries.
