A Mega Millions ticket buyer in California got super lucky Friday night. The ticket holder has a winning ticket worth a ton of money. No one hit the $266 million jackpot yesterday, but two tickets had five of the winning numbers. They missed only the Mega Ball. Each won more than a million dollars!
One of those tickets was sold in New York, and the other right here in SoCal. The lucky ticket, bought in Riverside County, was purchased at the Arco am/pm at 280 Old Nuevo Road in the city of Perris. According to the California Lottery, that ticket is worth $1,265,778!
Here are the winning digits from the Friday, January 23 draw: 30, 42, 49, 53, 66, and the Mega 4. The jackpot rolls over to at least $285 million for the next draw, which is Tuesday, January 27.
