Hot and humid weather conditions this weekend. There are heat warnings and advisories as well. Big crowds hdeaded to the beaches for some relief. However, there are warning for some coastal areas from the Los Angeles County Department of Health.

Ocean Water Use Warning for Los Angeles County Beaches
The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health advises the public to avoid swimming, surfing, and playing in ocean waters at the following Los Angeles County beaches due to elevated bacteria levels that exceed state health standards:
The warning applies to the following locations:
- Ramirez Creek at Paradise Cove
100 yards up and down the coast from Paradise Cove Pier.
- Solstice Creek at Dan Blocker County Beach
Entire swim area.
- East Wilshire Boulevard storm drain at Santa Monica beach
100 yards up and down the coast from the storm drain.
- Inner Cabrillo Beach in San Pedro
Entire swim area.
- Santa Monica Pier in Santa Monica
100 yards up and down the coast from the pier.
REASON FOR WARNING:
These warnings are issued because recent water samples showed bacterial levels exceeding health standards, which may increase the risk of illness.
BEACH AREAS NOW CLEARED:
Warnings have been lifted for the following beach area(s) where recent sample results identified water quality levels within State standards:
- Castlerock Storm Drain at Topanga County Beach
