The National Fire Service Day celebration in downtown Burbank on May 9, 2009 had a festival flavor. There was food, entertainment, educational booths, along with fire personnel, fire trucks, and other emergency vehicles. The Burbank Police Department and several other local agencies took part in the annual event as well.
