The Dark Knight Rises poster

“The Dark Knight Rises” doesn’t open until after midnight, but this superhero flick has already racked up an a huge $25 million in advanced ticket sales as of yesterday. This is supposed to be the final installment of a Batman trilogy directed by Christopher Nolan. It started with “Batman Begins” (2005) and then followed with The Dark Knight” (2008). No doubt  “The Dark Knight Rises” is going to be huge, but the question is will it have enough appeal to rise about the box office numbers of  “Marvel’s The Avengers?” This is being debated all over the Internet today. More about the film and the debate on the Business Insider website.
