Get ready! The Southland is going to really sizzle with extremely hot temperatures, with many places soaring into the triple-digit territory. You know it’s going to be a hot one when weather watchers are predicting upper 70s and 80s at the beaches. That means Burbank and the valleys are going to fry… many spots hitting 100 degrees! And the Inland Empire and the desert communities are going to bake.
Air conditioners will be humming all day, probably much of the evening, and into the night. Stay inside if you can. Here are some additional tips and stay-cool advice from the City of Burbank.
