Warner Bros.Television is accepting submissions for a new directors workshop to help talented folks, for example, those with “…an established portfolio of features, music videos or national commercials” break into primetime television. The 12-week master class will be taught on the Warner Bros Studios lot in Burbank beginning in May. The deadline to submit is February 28. More on The Wrap.
A lot of reports on local news and the Internet about the arrest of former Southland T.V. anchor, Bree Walker. Police reportedly stopped Walker’s car in Anaheim for an alleged traffic violation yesterday morning. Later, the ex-CBS2 anchor was arrested on suspicion of DUI. ESPN anchor, Keith Olbermann, is off the air for a while due to a bout with shingles. He’s tweeting about the illness which is caused by a virus Olbermann says he contracted “…while JFK was still president.” More on Deadline.
