In the Burbank hillside area, the winds are whipping through the trees and making it feel a lot colder than the low 50s. The high today might reach 60. The winds are blowing at 20-30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. Oh, don’t put away the umbrella. There is still a chance of showers today.
