Second person in custody in Las Vegas kidnapping case

Two so-called witnesses in the kidnapping of 6-year-old Cole Puffinburger are being held by U.S. Marshals today. Cole’s maternal grandfather, 51-year-old Clemons Tinnemeyer and his alleged companion, 42-year-old Terri Leavy, went before a federal magistrate in Riverside yesterday and then were turned over to the  Marshals. Las Vegas kidnapped boy found safe
