A new Burbank city manager selected

Burbank has a new city manager. It happened tonight during a closed door session of the Burbank City Council. Council members selected Mark Scott, presently the city manager up in Fresno. Pool time is coming to the Verdugo Recreation Center at Verdugo Avenue and California Street in Burbank. The pool was shutdown in 2008 and completely rebuilt.   Disneyland employee/soft drink vendor, 22-year-old Christian Barnes, reportedly pleaded not guilty to possessing a destructive device in a public place.
