Burbank Central Library to remain closed until April 18

The cleanup job at the Burbank Central Library is going to take longer than just a few days to complete. A press release from City Hall today says the library on North Glenoaks Boulevard will be shutdown until next Monday, April 18. “Hop” leaps to first place at the box office

Three new films grabbed the top spots at the box office this weekend. Out front and the new number one film in the country, “Hop,” with an estimated $38.1 million. The animated flick is a fantasy about a series of mishaps that almost derail Easter.
