Strong earthquake rocks the East Coast

Some folks along the East Coast today got a feel for what it’s like living here in earthquake country. A quake, reportedly at least 5.8, struck about 80 miles from Washington D.C. in Virginia at around 2 p.m. EDT.  The earthquake prompted evacuations from New York to Boston to Philadelphia to D.C. Tsunami advisory for Southland coast
