What a difference a week makes. Today B-town is sizzling with the high expected to reach into the 90s. At 11 a.m. here in Burbank it was already 82 degrees. Tree talk in B-town Burbank is one of only two communities in the state designated as a Tree City USA recipient by the National Arbor Day Foundation. The other is Sacramento.
